Service terms and conditions

Big Gauge is not responsible for the inability to access your backflow assemblies. If there is anything obstructing the assembly from testing/repairs, such as locked gates, inaccessible protective enclosures or devices, etc. a Service Charge, $25.00 will be assessed for any inaccessible device. We will make every effort to contact you if this occurs and not charge you if we can gain access on our way back around.
